Teachers- Tell us your teaching philosophy

Everyone teaches a different way as it should be but the philosophy behind your method is important to insure a good match in a teacher/student relationship. What do you expect from your students? Do you offer makup lessons? Do you only accept "serious" students or do you work with someone just wanting to play and learn an instrument for fun.

We are proud of each and every one of them as well as our teachers who helped prepare them. Jason Bruno, Barb Schotanus, Tom Vos are a few of our teachers with participating students. Did you perform? Let us know how your experience was if you did.
  • Which gives the better opportunity to learn? What are the pros and cons of both. Does the instrument being studied make a difference? At Piano Trends Music we explore all musical learning possibilities. What are your thoughts?
